Does the rental cost include insurance?
The applicable cover must be confirmed for the vehicle, supplier, driver and intended use before booking. Ask for the authorised-driver rules, excess, exclusions and any optional excess-reduction product in writing. Standard vehicle cover does not insure goods carried inside the vehicle.
What mileage allowance applies?
Eligible rentals are advertised with unlimited mileage subject to fair use. Tell the team your expected distance and intended use, and confirm the written allowance and excess-mile charges before booking. Business-hire conditions apply.
Can the vehicle be delivered to me?
Request delivery and collection at an eligible UK mainland home or workplace. The address, access, vehicle and timing must be confirmed. Standard handovers exclude stations, airports and ports, and empty properties where the customer is not registered. Failed or specialist arrangements can incur charges.
Can the vehicle be used in Europe?
European travel must be requested before booking. The supplier must confirm the vehicle, destination, written permission, applicable cover, VE103 or other required documents, breakdown arrangements, charges and restrictions. Vehicles must not leave the approved area without that confirmation.
Do you provide one-way vehicle hire?
One-way hire can be requested. The route, vehicle, supplier, return point, availability and charge must be confirmed before booking. Do not assume that island or international one-way journeys are available.
Do you offer zero insurance excess?
No. Zero excess is not offered as standard. A collision damage waiver may be available to reduce the excess liability, and the booking team will explain the options that apply to the selected vehicle.

Can I hire a GPS or satnav?
Satnav equipment may be available as an optional extra. Ask the booking team when arranging the vehicle so availability and cost can be confirmed.
What size vehicle can I drive?
That depends on the licence categories shown on the back of your driving licence and the vehicle's weight or seating capacity. Standard UK category B entitlement usually covers vehicles up to 3.5 tonnes and up to 9 seats, but larger minibuses, trucks and specialist vehicles may need extra entitlement.
